The Gentlemen’s Dress Pocket Watch Pocket of the day was manufactured to the highest of standards. We have an excellent example with this wonderful configuration; Waltham Grade 225 Movement, stunning Art Deco Dial, ornate blued steel hands and the custom 14K Green Gold Fill Case. The Size 12 Dress Pocket Watch was a symbol of prestige and status and manufactured to the highest standards. The high grade 225 Movement is stem wound and stem set and a size 12 measuring 1¾ inch in diameter. This all-original Art Deco Waltham Pocket Watch is truly a rare find. This Waltham Art Deco Dial is truly stunning with a textured recessed center chapter with the Waltham Logo. Then we have the stylized Arabic numerals around the outer circumference with the recessed sub chapter for the second hand. This fine dial is highlighted with the classic and original ornate Blued Steel Breguet Moon style hands. This 95 year old Waltham Art Deco Pocket Watch shows beautifully and sure to be appreciated for generations to come.

This Waltham Grade 225 Movement is housed in a custom Green Gold Fill case. The green gold fill cases are not common and very popular; the green is a rich subtle color. The Illinois Case Company was known for manufacturing the finest of Pocket Watch Cases and we have an excellent example here for your consideration. The Illinois Case Company was not associated The Illinois Watch Company. This fine case is again in pristine condition without dings; dents or scratches one might expect to find from a 95 year old pocket watch. This fine Waltham Pocket Watch is an excellent timekeeper and ready for daily wear or as an excellent addition to any collection.

This fine Waltham Grade 225 Movement has 17 jewels and is stem set and stem wound. The fine movement has the ornate antique damasking on the nickel plates. The 225 Movement also has a gold center wheel and train with gold jewel settings and is adjusted to 3 positions with a steel escapement and a micro regulator and gold balance weights all designed for added accuracy. This Waltham Grade 225 Pocket Watch has just been serviced and is again sure to be appreciated for generations to come.

This is an excellent example of the late 19th and early 20th Century ingenuity that made the American Pocket Watch a worldwide standard for accuracy and beauty in timekeeping.
