We are pleased to offer for your consideration this extra fine Art Deco motif Waltham Pocket Watch circa 1927. The Gentlemen’s Dress Pocket Watch Pocket of the day is a size 12 and measures 1 ¾ inch in diameter. The size 12 Dress Pocket Watch was a symbol of prestige and status and manufactured to the highest standards. We have an excellent example with this wonderful configuration; Waltham Grade 210 Movement, Art Deco Dial, custom Blued Steel Hands and the desired 14K Green Gold Fill Wadsworth Case. The Grade 210 Movement is stem wound and stem set and faced with this Art Deco motif dial. The dial does have character with patina on the metal dial; this fine pocket watch is still showing very well. This all original Art Deco Waltham Pocket Watch is a wonderful find. This Waltham Art Deco Dial is in the classic Art Deco motif. We have the pin stripe recessed center chapter with the Waltham Logo. Then we have the stylized Arabic numerals in a gold finish around the outer circumference with each second marker highlighted with silver accents. We also have the ornate recessed sub chapter for the second hand. This fine dial is highlighted with the classic and original Blued Steel Breguet Moon Hands. This 90-year-old Waltham Art Deco Pocket Watch shows very well and is sure to be appreciated for generations to come.

This Waltham Grade 210 Movement is housed in a custom Green Gold Fill case. The Green Gold Fill cases are not common and now very popular; the green is a rich subtle color. The Wadsworth Case Company was known for manufacturing the finest of Pocket Watch Cases and we have an excellent example here for your consideration. This fine case is again in pristine condition without dings; dents or scratches one might expect to find from a 90 year old pocket watch. This fine Waltham Pocket Watch is an excellent timekeeper and ready for daily wear or as an excellent addition to any collection.

This fine Waltham Grade 210 Movement has 7 jewels and is stem set and stem wound. The fine movement has the ornate antique damasking on the nickel plates. The 210 Movement also has a gold center wheel, micro regulator, and gold balance weights, gold jewel settings with a steel escapement all designed for added accuracy. This Waltham Grade 210 Pocket Watch has just been serviced and is again sure to be appreciated for generations to come.

This is an excellent example of the late 19th early 20th Century ingenuity that made the American Pocket Watch a worldwide standard for accuracy and beauty in timekeeping.
