This is a stunning Lever Set Railroad Pocket; a size 16 measuring 2 inches in diameter the most popular of size pocket watch. This all original Waltham has one of the most desired configurations with the antique damasking on the 21 Jewel Movement, Waltham Railroad Dial, Keystone Case Company 10K Gold Fill Case and highlighted with the beautifully heat-treated Blue Steel Hands. The Waltham Watch Company was known for high grade Railroad Pocket Watches and this is an excellent example of both beauty and accuracy in timekeeping. This is another excellent example of the late 19th and early 20th Century ingenuity that made the American Pocket Watch a worldwide standard for accuracy and beauty in timekeeping. This Antique Pocket Watch has been cleaned, oiled and adjusted for accuracy. This entails a complete disassembly and all parts cleaned and reassembled using the finest watch oil and gear grease.
