This fine timepiece is lever set and stem wound and a size 16 measuring 2 inches in diameter, the most popular of sizes. This Grade 571 is highlighted with this rare Elgin Boxcar Dial; we have both the dp design and the Star under the Elgin Logo. The dp design was for the Dura Power Mainspring, a newly developed alloy, stronger and more flexible for added accuracy and dependability. The Star is for the grade of movement. We have a wonderful all-original configuration for your consideration with this Grade 571 Movement, pristine porcelain Boxcar Dial and housed in this Elgin/Keystone Case Company 10K Yellow Gold Fill Case and highlighted with beautifully blued Steel Spade Whip/Hands.
