Pristine Elgin Pocket Watch The Gentlemen’s Dress Pocket Watch of the Day Faced with a Beautiful Dress Dial Housed in this Wadsaworth Case circa 1933
We are pleased to offer for your consideration this pristine Elgin Pocket Watch circa 1933. The Gentlemen's Dress Pocket Watch Pocket of the day was manufactured to the highest of standards. We have an excellent example with this wonderful configuration; Elgin Grade 479 Movement, stunning hand painted Elgin Two Tone Dial, ornate Gold Filled Hands and this custom Keystone J Boss 14K Yellow Gold Fill Case. The high grade 479 Movement is stem wound and stem set and a size 12 measuring 1¾ inch in diameter. The Size 12 Dress Pocket Watch was a symbol of prestige and status and again manufactured to the highest standards. This fine Elgin Dress Pocket Watch has just been serviced and is ready for daily wear or as a excellent addition to any collection. This is another excellent example of the late 19th early 20th Century ingenuity that made the American Pocket Watch a worldwide standard for accuracy and beauty in timekeeping.
