We have an excellent example with this wonderful configuration; Elgin Grade 479 Movement, stunning hand painted Elgin Two Tone Dial, ornate Gold Filled Hands and this custom Keystone J Boss 14K Yellow Gold Fill Case. The high grade 479 Movement is stem wound and stem set and a size 12 measuring 1¾ inch in diameter. The Size 12 Dress Pocket Watch was a symbol of prestige and status and again manufactured to the highest standards.
