Folks for your consideration we have this Hamilton Pocket Watch Railroad Grade 992 circa 1924, the classic antique Lever Set Railroad Pocket Watch. This fine Grade 992 is housed in this beautiful Art Deco Motif Rose Gold Fill Case manufactured by the Keystone Case Company. The Hamilton 992 is a size 16 measuring 2 inches in diameter, the most popular of sizes. This classic Hamilton Pocket Watch has the desired configuration with the pristine 992 Movement; mint Hamilton Double Sunk Dial and this Rose Gold Fill Railroad Case highlighted with the Blued Steel Spade/Whip Railroad Hands. This Hamilton 992 was used on the rails and well maintained; with "Railroad Watch Inspectors" marks on the inside back cover, magnification need to see. The only wear to the pocket watch is the cases back cover where the engraving is no longer as crisp from pocket wear. This fine Hamilton Pocket Watch shows beautifully and is sure to be appreciated for generations to come. This is another excellent example of the late 19th early 20th Century ingenuity that made the American Pocket Watch a worldwide standard for accuracy and beauty in timekeeping.
