This Hamilton Railway Special Grade 992 Model 2, produced in 1927, features the venerable 992 movement, housed in a popular white gold fill Model #2 bar over crown case (BOC), first seen in May of 1926. This was a railroad-grade watch in every sense. The Model  case was designed for the rugged challenges of life on the rails without sacrificing its stunning appearance. It boasted a raised shoulders and a larger frame to withstand impacts better, thereby increasing the watch's durability. This watch is in excellent condition with a flawless case, dial, and hands.
