Folks we are pleased to offer for your consideration this truly classic Illinois Watch Company Art Deco motif Pocket Watch circa 1921. This very high grade Illinois Pocket Watch is the A. Lincoln and has 21 fine Ruby jewels and stem wound and stem set. This Gentlemen’s Dress Pocket Watch of the day is a size 12 measuring 1 ¾ inches in diameter. This Illinois Pocket Watch; grade A. Lincoln and was produced from 1914 though 1928 in 67 production runs for a total of only 27,910. A truly high grade Illinois manufactured in limited production runs over 14 years. This Illinois Pocket Gentleman’s Pocket Watch is again a size 12 with and has a bridge plate nickel silver 21 jewel movement in excellent condition, without corrosion or reckless jewelers tool marks. This Illinois Pocket Watch is truly the classic antique pocket watch, all original and in excellent overall condition. I so hope the many pictures and extreme magnification helps in the description of this extremely high grade Illinois Pocket Watch.

This Art Deco Motif Illinois Dial is in very good condition with the very popular and uncommon raised gold Arabic Numerals and the classic railroad track design around the outer circumference. The Illinois Dial is a metal single sunk dial with the Illinois logo in in the center and the again desired raised gold Arabic numerals around the outer circumference. Then we have a recessed sub register for the second hand, all in very good condition. The only issue I can detect is the minor discoloration on the dial. The dial is highlighted with the original beautifully Blued Steel Hands Breguet Moon style hands, this classic Illinois Pocket Watch shows beautifully.

This extra fine Illinois A. Lincoln Movement is again in just pristine condition. The 21-jewel movement has stellar Pin Striped or Tuxedo Striped damasked nickel plates movement and is adjusted to 3 positions and heat and cold. Also with a high grade micro regulator, gold balance weights, gold center wheel and it pendant set and stem wound. This extra fine Illinois A. Lincoln Movement is housed in this pristine Wadsworth Case Company Case. This fine Wadsworth Case has a double hinged back with a dust cover over the movement, the finest of pocket watch cases. The only issues with this pocket watch is the discoloration on the dial, the pocket watch shows far better than the magnified pictures indicate, or I would not offer this or sale. This highest of grade Art Deco Illinois Pocket Watch is an excellent timekeeper ready for daily wear or a wonderful addition to any collection.

This is another excellent example of the late 18th early 19th Century ingenuity that made the American Pocket Watch a worldwide standard for accuracy and beauty in timekeeping.
