This antique Illinois Pocket Watch is lever set and a size 18 measuring 2 ¼ inches in diameter, a hefty pocket watch. This extra fine Illinois Grade 89 Movement has a rare and collectable two tone Checker Board Movement, the gold flashing is beautiful. Also on this fine movement every screw is gold filled, making for a stunning high grade movement. This all-original Illinois Pocket Watch has one of most desired configurations with the fine Illinois Railroad Dial, Two-Tone Movement, Star Case Company Case and Blued Steel Spade/Whip Hands. This is another excellent example of the late 19th early 20th Century ingenuity that made the American Pocket Watch a worldwide standard for accuracy and beauty in timekeeping.
