Produced c. 1928, this pocket watch features Elgin's "Boxcar" Railroad Dial's classic bold and legible Arabic font numerals. The handsome seconds sub dial – sunk into the dial – marks the time in 10 second increments. The custom heat-treated blued steel hands complete an endlessly elegant, legible and precise design. The lever set movement boasts 21 large fine Ruby Jewels, a double roller, safety pinion, high-grade micro regulator and gold balance weights with flush jewel settings and a gold center wheel and train.
