The total production for this Grade 992 Model 1 was only 100,600 over 14 years from 1903 through 1917. The Grade 992 was produced from 1903 through 1940. By 1940 well over 610,000 grade 992 were made, making it is the most popular railroad watch ever built. The Hamilton Grade 992 is a size 16 measuring 2 inches in diameter, the most popular of sizes.
