The finest of Lever Set Railroad Pocket Watches housed in this rare and collectable Wadsworth Cross Bar Case. This is the first pocket watch Hamilton offered as factory cased and timed. Prior to this the jeweler or jobber or the day would match the case and movement to meet their customer needs and budget. We have one of most desired configurations with this Grade 992 Model 1 Movement, the pristine Hamilton "Old English" style dial, Wadsworth Rose GF Cross Bar Case highlighted with the original Blued Steel Spade / Whip Railroad Hands. This is another excellent example of the late 19th early 20th Century ingenuity that made the American Pocket Watch a worldwide standard for accuracy and beauty in timekeeping. All Antique and Vintage Pocket Watches are cleaned, oiled and adjusted for accuracy and warranted for one full year from date of purchase.
