The Hamilton Grade 924 is a size 18 and measures 2 ¼ inches in diameter, a substantial pocket watch and the most popular size pocket watch at the turn of the century. This Gentlemen's Dress Pocket Watch of the day was a symbol of prestige and status and manufactured to the highest of standards and we have an excellent example with this fine configuration. The pristine Hamilton 924 Movement, Spartan Silver Base Metal Case, Single Sunk Dress Dial highlighted with the original Blued Steel Spade Hands all in excellent condition. This is another excellent example of the late 19th early 20th Century ingenuity that made the American Pocket Watch a worldwide standard for beauty and accuracy in timekeeping.
