This 103-year-old Waltham Pocket Watch is stem wound and stem set and is a size 16 the most popular size pocket watch measuring 2 inches in diameter. This was the Gentlemen’s Dress Pocket Watch of the day and a symbol of status and prestige and manufactured to the highest of standards. This Waltham Pocket Watch Grade 610 was first manufactured in 1897 and was produced though 1934 with a total of 1,059,850 in 398 production runs. Truly a testament to the quality of this Grade 610 Movement a mainstay in the offering of fine Waltham Pocket Watches for 37 years. This Waltham Pocket Watch is again a Size 16, and is in excellent condition with without corrosion or reckless jewelers tool marks. This Waltham Pocket Watch is truly a classic antique pocket watch, all original and in just pristine condition. This antique Waltham Pocket Watch is faced with a beautiful Waltham single sunk porcelain dial. We have the classic Waltham stylized Arabic numerals around the outer circumference with every 5-minute marked highlighted in red. Then we have a recessed sub register for the second hand. This fine Waltham Dial is made of 2 pieces of metal soldered together and then baked with many layers of silica for the rich porcelain glass finish. This fine dial does have some crazing from the center out with magnification is need to see, I had to mention. This fine dial is highlighted with the extra fine original gold finished hands very unique. Then we have a fresh “New Old Stock” think mineral crystal. This classic antique Waltham Pocket Watch is an excellent timekeeper as designed and shows beautifully.

This pristine Waltham Movement Model 1883 Grade 610 Movement is in is referred to as a ¾ Plate Movement and is pristine condition again without reckless jewels tool marks or corrosion. This fine movement has 7 fine Ruby Jewels with beautiful antique damasking on the nickel silver plate movement. This fine movement is stem wound and stem set and is adjusted to 3 positions and heat and cold. Then we have a high-grade micro regulator, gold balance weights, flush jewel settings, gold center wheel with a steel escapement, all designed for added accurate timekeeping. This fine movement is housed is a beautiful Keystone Case Company Case. This beautifully engraved and is in excellent condition without defects and functions perfectly. The case does have personal monogram at the bottom, I thought I should mention. This classic antique Waltham Gentleman’s Dress Pocket Watch shows beautifully and sure to be appreciated for generations to come.
